Can you hear it?
"Hear what?" you might ask.
The clock ticking, of course!
Ticking its way down toward deer season!
While summer isn't even here yet, the preparations for the fall hunting season have begun. If you haven't started them, three (September western hunts) to five months (November deer tracking) is plenty of time.
Now is the time to be putting a few miles on, getting your body ready for the stress of the hunt.
Now is the time to explore some new areas, to get a little scouting in.
Now is the time to start getting all of the controllable variables under control- shoot, equipment, experiment, dial it in.
Every day that passes is another day closer to the season. Don't miss the fun right in front of you, but don't forget to get ready for the fun coming up this fall!
